Reservations

  • All photo session bookings must be made through our website: 👉

  • Our online scheduling system is dedicated exclusively to photography.
  • For any event (corporate, private, etc.), please contact us by email:

  • We will provide you with a detailed quote.

Parking

  • Free: nearby streets (e.g., Louvain Street).
    Paid: parking in front of the building (8 AM to 6 PM on weekdays).
    Free in the evenings and on weekends.

Access to the Studio

  • The building’s main door is open from 8 AM to 7 PM on weekdays and closed evenings and weekends.
    You will receive an access code a few days before your session when booking for evenings or weekends.
    IMPORTANT: Never leave the door open or blocked — this triggers an alarm and may result in a fine. Please inform your guests.

Arrival & Departure Times

  • Please allow time before the end of your session to tidy up and vacate the space.
  • For groups, designate one person to handle teardown while the session wraps up.
  • If you need extra time, you may book it (subject to availability) for an additional fee.

House Rules

🚭No Smoking
In all areas (including cannabis).
🎥 We have cameras installed in our common areas/reception zones; however, there are no cameras inside the studios.
Pornographic filming is prohibited.
🔉 Reasonable volume
Required (music, voices).
🌬️Do not open the windows if the air conditioning is running.
🛏️ Your reservation applies only to the studio booked.
🚚 Loading/unloading: clients are responsible. Staff are not required to assist.
🔥Open flames (e.g., candles, buffet candles) must be contained and extinguished at the end of your rental.
🚫 Any serious violation may result in immediate eviction and a permanent ban.

Security deposit (events)

A mandatory $400 deposit is required for all events. It will be refunded after the venue inspection.

Freight elevator

  • Located on Louvain Street, reserved for equipment transport.
    Shared and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If you have events and need to use the freight elevator, please call us for assistance:

Common areas

  • Please do not linger in the hallways to keep traffic flowing smoothly.
  • Bring all your personal belongings into the studios you rent and take them with you after your photo session or event.
  • We disclaim all responsibility for any loss or damage to items left in the common areas. Thank you for helping us keep them clean and tidy.
  • Please close the door to your room, as multiple events may be taking place simultaneously.

Damages

  • Do not step on the furniture with shoes.
  • If you move a piece of furniture, lift it (do not drag it).
  • Any damage (furniture, floors, equipment, etc.) will be charged between $100 and $400.

Cancellations / Rescheduling (Photo Studio)

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • In case of cancellation, no refund will be issued, but a studio credit will be provided.
    No credit will be issued for “no-shows.”

Cancellations / Postponements (Events)

  • In case of cancellation:  21 days before the event: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

    Less than 21 days: deposit is non-refundable.

Makeup area

A preparation/makeup area is available at the entrance.
It can be accessed 1 hour before the start of your session.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is free for all guests.
